  • How do I enroll for online access to my account(s)?



    To sign up for online access, complete the Customer Enrollment Online form accessible from the home page. During enrollment, please use your Business Solutions account number. Once the form is submitted, your account will be accessible immediately through our secure web site.
  • What features are available on the Business Solutions Online Account Management web site?



    You will have quick access to your current account information online. Available features include the following:

    Account Overview - View your billing date, last statement/invoice balance, current balance, amount due, amount past due, credit line and available credit.

    Recent Transactions - View account transactions since your last statement/invoice.

    View Statement/Invoice - View the current statement summary or invoice and up to past 5 months of statement summaries/invoices.

    Pay Bill - Access the Online Bill Payment Service to pay your bill/invoice online.

    Select Account - Select an account to manage from the list of registered accounts.

    Account Maintenance - Change your Online Account Management password; edit your profile; add accounts; manage bank accounts; and cancel your online access.

  • What is the Online Bill Payment Service?



    The Online Bill Payment Service is a feature that allows you to pay your business account online. This Service is provided by Business Solutions. There is no fee for enrolling in the Service. In order to use the Online Bill Payment Service, you will need a desktop or laptop personal computer with a minimum web browser version of Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape Navigator 4.0. Your browser will need to have cookies enabled and support 128-bit encryption. First, you must add your bank account information, click on 'Add Accounts' on the left navigation bar. After entering in bank account information successfully you can begin by clicking on any 'Pay Bill' button or on the left navigation bar. Enrollment in the Online Bill Payment Service is free, quick and easy.

  • What do I do if I have forgotten my password?



    If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot Password? link on the left navigation bar and enter your User ID and account number. Your new password will be sent to you via the email address on file for the User ID and account number. If you have forgotten your User ID, please contact a Web Support Representative at 1-800-880-6318.

  • What do I do if I want to change my Business Solutions Online Account Management enrollment information?



    To change your Online Account Management user profile click on 'Edit User Profile' on the left navigation bar.

  • What do I do if I want to change my account information in Online Account Management?



    Changing account information is not available online at this time. Please contact the number on the back of your card to change account information.

  • What do I do if I want to change my Bank Account information?



    To change your bank account information click on 'Manage Bank Accounts' on the left navigation bar.

  • How do I cancel my online access?



    You can cancel your online account access at any time. After logging in to Online Account Management, click on 'Cancel Online Access' on the left navigation bar.

    Please note: If there is only one enrolled user for an account, you will lose your account's historical information upon cancellation. Please consider this before completing the cancellation process.

    ATTENTION ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICE PARTICIPANTS: If you cancel your access in Business Solutions Online Account Management, you will no longer have access to the service. Any payments that have been submitted will be processed accordingly. If you need access to the Online Bill Payment Service, please re-enroll in Business Solutions Online Account Management.

  • Who do I contact if I am having difficulty with the online sign up process?



    Contact a Web Support Representative at 1-800-880-6318. Our representatives are available Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m.- 9:00 p.m. CT, Saturday from 6:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. CT, and Sunday from 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. CT.

    (Web Support is closed for Easter Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.)

  • Can more than one user access my account?



    Yes, simply complete a new enrollment form to add an additional user. The new user will have access to the same historical data.
